About PetsHotel
- What do I need to bring?
- Proof of vaccinations in paper form is required prior to any PetsHotel services. Rabies, DAPP & Bordetella are required for dogs, and rabies & FVRCP is required for cats. All vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to checking in. (Some state & local laws may require additional vaccinations be current. Please ask a PetsHotel associate at the time of booking to ensure your pet is ready for their visit.)
- You may bring your pet’s regular diet to be fed while they visit. We do offer a variety of food options at a minimal fee.
- You may bring your pet’s favorite bed, blanket or toy for their visit.
- Will my pet have food and water?
- All pets in the PetsHotel will have access to fresh water throughout their visit.
- Your pet will be provided meals in their own room based on the feeding times you provide at check in.
- Are your associates knowledgeable about pets?
Each PetsHotel associate goes through a detailed training program, including hands-on experience, to become very knowledgeable about caring for pets. During training to become safety certified, associates learn about dog and cat behaviors, ways they can care for their specific needs and how to keep pets safe.
- How do you handle older pets?
The health and safety of the pets in our care is our number one priority. Older pets who are in good health may stay at the PetsHotel. Additional bedding and relief walks can be provided upon request.
- How will I know how my pet did during their visit?
PetsHotel keeps detailed records of each pet’s stay. We will provide you a personalized Pawgress Report at checkout detailing your pet’s visit. You can call to check on your pet any time during their stay and we can provide updates on how they are doing.

Our PetsHotel includes 24/7 on-site care plus twice-daily exercise walks for dogs and unlimited potty breaks. Cats enjoy daily individual playtime and complimentary calming pheromones. Bring your dog or cat's food and treats from home or we can feed them our preferred brand of in-house food for an additional fee. Medication dispensing services are also available.
If your pet needs grooming services while they're with us, we can help facilitate that, too so they'll be well cared for and looking their best when it's time to go home.
