Live, one-on-one training instruction that is a great option for pet parents who want to create their own curriculum & work on their dog’s problem behaviors in the environment where they occur.

Virtual Training Session Options
In your preferred setting, we’ll work on problem behaviors & teach new skills. Each session is 30 minutes. Buy a bundle of sessions & save 10%.
Virtual Training - 1 Session

This 30-minute introductory session allows you & your pet to meet your Trainer and discuss the behaviors you want to focus on. Your Trainer will begin observing the behaviors and introduce one or two new cues.
Virtual Training - 4 Sessions

Four 30-minute sessions will provide time to teach multiple cues and work on them in different environments with a variety of distractions. It also allows time for working on unwanted behaviors as well as following up to ensure the concerns are addressed successfully.

- How is Virtual Dog Training different than in-store training?
Virtual Dog Training conveniently allows you to train in the comfort of your own home or anywhere there’s an internet connection. It’s also a great option for shy or reactive dogs who would not do well in an in-store setting.
- Where is Virtual Dog Training available?
Currently, virtual sessions are available across Canada and the United States.
- How long is each session?
You can purchase a single 30-minute session or 4 sessions.
- How do I schedule each session, and do they have to be at the same time each week?
You can schedule your first session when you book online, and then work with your Trainer to schedule future sessions on different days and at different times if you like.
- Can I schedule more than one session per week?
Yes. Schedule as few or as many as you want per week to meet you and your dog’s needs.
- What happens if I miss a session? How do I reschedule?
Please call your Trainer at the phone number provided in your confirmation email to reschedule an upcoming session.
- What pet vaccinations are required?
Although in-store training classes require pet vaccinations to participate, since Virtual Training is held outside of the store, no vaccinations are required.
- What supplies do I need for Virtual Dog Training?
You should have your dog on a properly fitted collar or harness and a secure leash, have a variety of bite-sized treats readily available and a few favorite toys. We recommend that you have a treat pouch to keep your treats close and accessible and have your dog’s bed nearby, so they have access to relax during the session as needed.
- What type of device do I need to participate in Virtual Training?
You can use any device that has internet service, a camera & microphone and can access Zoom. We recommend using a larger device like a tablet or computer rather than a mobile phone. We also suggest using wireless headphones.
- What platform do you use for Virtual Training?
We use Zoom.
- How do I join my virtual session?
Each time a session is scheduled, you will receive a meeting invite with a link to join your upcoming session. While you are not required to download the Zoom app, we recommend using it to access key features of the meeting software to maximize your Virtual Training experience.
- Do you offer a Satisfaction Guarantee?
Yes, and we’ll work with you to make it right – even retaking the session for free – if you’re not satisfied with your results.
